Job summary

James Cropper is seeking Production Operators to join our team in the South Lakes area. You will operate and maintain machinery, monitor quality, and work with the production team to hit daily targets while contributing to continuous improvement.

This 12-hour shift role runs on a 3-shift rotation (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Are you looking for an exciting role in a thriving industry located in the South Lakes? We are a leading & packaging manufacturing company on the lookout for Production Operators to join our dedicated team!

You will be responsible for;

• Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes
• Monitoring quality standards and contribute to high-quality paper production
• Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
• Identifying and resolve minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Taking part in continuous improvement activities to streamline production

This is a shift position with working 12 hour days/nights on a 3shift continuous rotation (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)
