Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Aldershot is hiring a Production Operator to join our afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm). You will operate manufacturing machinery, monitor product quality, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

We seek hands-on problem solvers with good numeracy and computer skills, a flexible, team‑oriented attitude, and clear communication. We offer a competitive salary and benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, and development
