Premier Foods in Lifton, Devon is seeking a Production Operator to join our production team. You’ll operate machinery, manage shift handovers, and help keep lines safe, efficient, and compliant, contributing to high-quality product output.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production targets.
• Carry out effective shift handovers and communicate clearly with team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and take prompt action to prevent accidents.
• Keep equipment clean and hygienic, using CIP systems where required.
• Work closely with engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards.
• Accurately complete all required compliance documentation.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, safety, and efficiency.
