Job summary

Premier Foods’ Ambrosia site in Lifton is looking for a Production Operator. You’ll help keep our production lines running smoothly, safely and efficiently, with training and development opportunities.

You’ll operate machinery, carry out shift handovers, maintain a clean, safe workplace, and work with engineering to minimise downtime. You’ll complete required compliance documentation and look for ways to improve processes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production targets
• Carry out effective shift handovers and communicate clearly with team members

• Keep equipment clean and hygienic, using CIP systems where required
• Work closely with engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards
• Accurately complete all required compliance documentation
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, safety, and efficiency

What You’ll Be Doing:
