Blue Arrow is supporting a leading manufacturing client in Belper (DE56), a global leader in water heating system assembly.

We are recruiting experienced production operatives with assembly and manufacturing backgrounds for ongoing roles. Starting on-site as flexible workers, there are opportunities for upskilling and training.

Applicants must live locally or have access to a vehicle due to shift timings and location.

This is a full-time role; applications from those unable to work more than 38 hours per week will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

1. Work to timed targets while ensuring quality
2. Report machinery or goods issues
3. Set up and operate machinery safely using hand tools
4. Follow health and safety standards diligently
5. Assemble goods on a factory line

Candidate Profile:

Pay and Shifts:

Pay rates increase with service length:

• Morning shift: from £13.17/hr (up to £16.63)
• Afternoon shift: from £15.01/hr (up to £18.47)

Shifts:

• Morning: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:30, Fri 06:00-12:00
• Afternoon: Mon-Thu 14:30-23:00, Fri 12:00-18:00

Flexibility to cover both shifts is required.
