As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Technical, you’ll work as part of the production team and alongside support functions to optimise machine performance while maintaining health and safety, food safety, and hygiene standards to deliver quality products.

Our manufacturing sites are fast-paced and high-volume. You’ll conduct crucial machine setups and calibrations to achieve optimal performance. You’ll monitor machinery continuously and develop product knowledge to inform decisions on line setup. Additionally, you'll review data and performance of automation processes to foster continual improvement.
