We are looking for an experienced and motivated Signmaker to join their team, with specific expertise in operating a CNC Router.

This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone with a strong background in sign production who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

· Operate and maintain CNC router equipment for sign production

· Install vinyl graphics, decals, and full/partial wraps on various vehicles

· Prepare vehicle surfaces and ensure high-quality finishes

· Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

· Interpret and work from design files, drawings, and templates

· Fabricate signs using a range of materials (e.g. acrylic, PVC, wood, aluminium)

· Carry out finishing processes including assembly, and vinyl application

· Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

· Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines

· Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety protocols

· Proven experience in operating CNC routers

· Solid understanding of sign-making materials and techniques

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications

· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

· Self-motivated with good time management skills

· Flexibility to work overtime when required
