All new starters will initially join us through our recruitment agency partner, Mach Recruitment, on a four-week temporary-to-permanent arrangement.
During your first four weeks, you'll receive full training and support while your suitability for permanent employment is assessed. This will be based on your attendance, conduct and work performance. The expectations will be clearly explained during the recruitment process and at the start of your assignment.
Once you've successfully completed the four-week period and met the required standards, you'll transfer to a permanent contract directly with 2 Sisters Food Group.
Main Responsibilities:
As a General Operative, you'll work within one of our busy production departments handling and preparing chicken products.
Don't worry if you haven't worked in food production before. Full training will be provided, and you'll be given time and support to learn the role.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or warehouse work would be useful, but it isn't essential.

Package Description:
The standard rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.
The PM shift is:
Monday to Friday, 16:00-00:10
