Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Flixton is seeking a General Operative to join one of our busy production departments, handling and preparing chicken products.

During your first four weeks, you’ll train with our team and be assessed for permanent employment, with a transfer to a full-time contract after probation.

You’ll work Monday to Friday on the PM shift (16:00–00:10); overtime opportunities and premiums may apply, with good benefits and long-term development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and pack products to meet production targets.
• Handle raw chicken in a chilled environment following safety rules.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitize hands and equipment regularly.
• Follow health and safety requirements and SOPs.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy and support teammates.
