2 Sisters Food Group in Flixton is hiring a General Operative through Mach Recruitment. You will join a four-week training period with a temporary-to-permanent arrangement, culminating in a permanent contract with 2 Sisters Food Group.
Full training and supportive onboarding are provided to help you learn the role. Key duties include preparing, processing and packing products, handling raw chicken in a chilled environment, and adhering to safety and quality procedures.

All new starters will initially join us through our recruitment agency partner, Mach Recruitment, on a four-week temporary-to-permanent arrangement.
During your first four weeks, you’ll receive full training and support while your suitability for permanent employment is assessed. This will be based on your attendance, conduct and work performance. The expectations will be clearly explained during the recruitment process and at the start of your assignment.
Once you’ve successfully completed the four-week period and met the required standards, you’ll transfer to a permanent contract directly with 2 Sisters Food Group.
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in food production before. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be given time and support to learn the role.
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or warehouse work would be useful, but it isn’t essential.
The standard rate of pay is£13.00 per hour.
We operate rotating shifts acrossMonday to Saturday, and48-hour contracts are available.
A 48-hour contract provides gross earnings of up to£624 per week, before any additional overtime or premiums that may apply.
