Job summary

Apex Resource Management Ltd is seeking a reliable Production Operative in Leamington Spa to join a temporary ongoing assignment. The role involves assembling a variety of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, inspecting quality, and using hand tools to support production targets.

You will work 39 hours per week with rotating day shifts and possible overtime, joining a collaborative team and following health and safety procedures to ensure high-quality outputs.

Production Operative

Temporary Ongoing Assignment

Pay Rates:

• Days: £15.13 per hour
• Early & Late Rotating Shifts: £16.86 per hour

Production Operative Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly work, quality inspection and the use of hand tools to support the efficient production of high-quality products.

Production Operative Working Hours

39 hours per week plus possible overtime

• Days Shift: 06:00-14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00-13:00 Friday (20-minute break)
• Rotating Early/Late Shifts (fortnightly and weekly):
  • 06:00-14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00-13:00 Friday
  • 14:00-22:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:00-20:00 Friday
  • 20-minute break

Production Operative Role
