Job summary

Avara Foods Hereford is seeking Production Operatives to join our fast-paced FMCG factory environment. No prior experience required as full training is provided, with a guaranteed weekly earnings package highlighted.

You’ll work a 40-hour rotating shift, 05:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00, in a noisy and refrigerated setting, weighing and packing products for despatch, with overtime opportunities and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

About The Role
