Job summary

Avara Foods is recruiting Production Operatives at our Hereford Grandstand Road site. No experience required; full training provided. Earn £534+ per week with a base rate of £12.71/hour, plus a £0.65 shift allowance and guaranteed hours.

About the Role:

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week rotational shift pattern
• 05:00-14:00 Monday to Friday
• 14:00-23:00 Sunday to Thursday

About the role

So you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Duties include :

• Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.
• Labelling , inspecting and grading of products
• Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg
