Sofina Malton is hiring Production Operatives to join the busy production line in Malton, North Yorkshire. You will help ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This full-time role offers a Thursday-Saturday 06:30-18:30 schedule with overtime, paying £12.75 per hour. Benefits include on-site canteen, free parking and life assurance.

The Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy and growing team at Sofina Malton. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production line—working efficiently to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career with one of the leading names in the food industry.

This is a full time permanent opportunity with overtime available. Hours of work will be Thursday - Saturday 06:30 -18:30.

Pay: £12.75 an hour

Your Key Responsibilities

• Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).
• Adjust machine settings for different products.
• Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.
• Processing meat products.
• Pack and label goods.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
• Adhere to Health & Safety rules.
