Job summary

Sofina Malton is hiring Production Operatives to join our busy production line. You’ll work to ensure our meat and seafood products meet high quality standards, with hands-on daily tasks.

This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts Monday to Wednesday 06:30–18:30, overtime available, and a competitive hourly rate of £12.75. You’ll develop practical skills and build a long-term career with a leading food company.

The Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy and growing team at Sofina Malton. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production line-working efficiently to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career with one of the leading names in the food industry.

This is a full time permanent opportunity with overtime available. Hours of work will be Monday - Wednesday 06:30 -18:30.

Pay: £12.75 an hour

Your Key Responsibilities

• Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).
• Adjust machine settings for different products.
• Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.
• Processing meat products.
• Pack and label goods.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
