Sofina Foods is hiring Production Operatives for its Humberstone Road factory in Grimsby. You will join a shift team on a 2x8 rotation (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with pay of £13.13 per hour. This full-time role focuses on safe, hygienic handling of frozen fish and ingredients and ensuring efficient line operation.

• Perform essential duties, including line feeding, weighing, mixing, and decanting of ingredients
• Package both fresh and frozen products to meet specified standards
• Stack and palletise boxes, ensuring the correct flow of ingredients and packaging on the line
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Product Specifications to ensure high‑quality output
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, focusing on safety, hygiene, and quality at all time
