Job summary

Sofina Foods is hiring Production Operatives and General Operatives for our pork production factory in Cookstown. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic and commitment to quality and hygiene. We are also seeking trainee butchers to join the team.

Shifts are Monday to Friday 07:00-11:00. Pay rate is £12.84–£13.79 per hour, with weekly pay and on-site benefits including an on-site canteen and free parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment is desirable (but full training is provided).
• Strong awareness of health & safety standards.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• High levels of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.

The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives / General Operatives to join our Butchery team at our pork production factory in Cookstown. This is a hands‑on position where attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and hygiene are essential. We are also currently looking for trainee butchers to join our team.
