Job summary

Sofina Foods in Livingston, UK is seeking a proactive production supervisor to oversee line operations, drive safety, ensure quality and compliance, and coach your team to meet targets. You will coordinate line setup and changeovers, monitor quality data, and support audit readiness, with Tuesday to Saturday shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and a pay rate of £14.13 per hour.

Summary

Oversee production line operations, leading your team to achieve targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, food safety, quality and compliance.

The Role

We are looking for an organised and driven individual to coordinate line setup and changeovers, ensuring high quality, traceability and product specifications are met at every stage. You will monitor and record quality and performance data, proactively identify issues and support your team to build a strong, high-performing culture.

Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday 0600 to 1400

Pay rate £14.13 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise daily production activities in line with shift run order and targets
• Carry out and document safety and quality checks to meet legal and customer requirements
• Drive a strong food safety and quality culture, reporting non-conformances promptly
