Job summary

Sofina Foods in Enniskillen is seeking a part-time butcher to join a professional, customer-focused team. You will prepare a range of cuts to customer and company specifications, greet shoppers, share product knowledge, and maintain counter hygiene to the highest standards.

You'll also manage stock rotation, receive deliveries, complete paperwork, and provide cover for the store manager when required. A hands-on retail butchery background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work
