Sofina Foods operates a Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire production facility dedicated to delivering premium seafood products across the UK. Production Operatives will work a Monday–Friday day shift, 6am–4pm, four days per week, contributing to high-quality output and a clean, safe working environment.

The Role

We’re looking for dedicated and hands‑on individuals to join us as Production Operatives at our Young’s Seafood facility in Fraserburgh. This is your opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s leading seafood producers—where passion for food, teamwork, and quality drive everything we do. Whether working with fresh salmon in our high‑care area or preparing delicious deli products, you’ll help ensure our premium seafood reaches supermarket shelves across the UK. Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm, working 4 days per week with one fixed weekday off.

Pay: £12.90 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain quality and efficiency
• Follow standardised recipes and schedules to meet daily output targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety and product standards
• Support your team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Uphold all health and safety protocols
