Job summary

You will join Young's Seafood in Fraserburgh as a Production Operative, contributing to high-quality seafood production in a fast-paced factory setting. Started on an immediate basis, you’ll receive full training and the chance to progress within the business.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with regular hours and overtime opportunities. On-site parking is available, and a supportive team environment awaits.

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at Young's Seafood in Fraserburgh, with immediate starts available.

Shift Pattern

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in the manufacturing process, helping to produce quality seafood products in a fast-paced food production environment.

Your duties may include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Packing and preparing products
• Working on production lines
• Manual handling activities
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
• Meeting production and quality targets
• Following all food safety, quality and health & safety procedures
