Job summary

Sofina Foods is hiring Production Operatives at our Fraserburgh facility. You will work Monday to Friday on a day shift (6am–2pm), helping process premium seafood and deli products while learning in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

We’re looking for dedicated and hands‑on individuals to join us as Production Operatives at our Young’s Seafood facility in Fraserburgh. Whether working with fresh salmon in our high‑care area or preparing delicious deli products, you’ll help ensure our premium seafood reaches supermarket shelves across the UK. Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm

Pay: £12.90 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain quality and efficiency
• Follow standardised recipes and schedules to meet daily output targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety and product standards
• Support your team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Uphold all health and safety protocols

The Ideal Candidate
