Job summary

The Best Connection in Aldershot is recruiting Production Operatives and Packers for a late shift. These are temporary, full-time positions with an expected 3–6 month duration, starting ASAP.

You will perform light machine operation, packing finished products, labelling items, and helping ensure production runs smoothly. Staff spend the day standing in a busy factory/warehouse, with full training provided. Pay is £12.77 per hour.

• Reliable and keen to learn.
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is useful but not essential.

Are you reliable, punctual and willing to learn in a busy environment? Our client based in Aldershot are recruiting for Production Operatives and Packers to join their team on a temporary basis.

What you’ll be doing as a Production Operative

• Light machine operating.
• Efficiently packing finishing products.
• Labelling completed products.
• Ensuring production runs smoothly.
• Loading onto cages.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working in a busy environment on a variety of products
• Happy to work within a factory/warehouse setting
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is useful but not essential
• Comfortable spending the day standing.
• Reliable and a keen attitude to learn.

Shift times available for Production Operatives:

• Monday to Friday 15:30-00:00 (late shift)

Pay & Benefits:

£12.77 p/h

Full training given.

Start date & contract:

Positions starting ASAP
