Job summary

The Best Connection in Aldershot is recruiting Production Operatives and Packers on a full-time, temporary basis. You will perform light machine operating, packing, labeling, and help keep production running smoothly. Start date ASAP with full training provided.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, able to stand all day and learn quickly. Factory or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Shifts are 07:00-15:30 or 15:30-00:00.

Production Operatives and Packers Required

Location: Aldershot

Are you reliable, punctual and willing to learn in a busy environment? Our client based in Aldershot are recruiting for Production Operatives and Packers to join their team on a temporary basis.

What you'll be doing as a Production Operative

• Light machine operating.
• Efficiently packing finishing products.
• Labelling completed products.
• Ensuring production runs smoothly.
• Loading onto cages.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working in a busy environment on a variety of products
• Happy to work within a factory/warehouse setting
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is useful but not essential
• Comfortable spending the day standing.
• Reliable and a keen attitude to learn.

Shift times available for Production Operatives:

• Monday to Friday 07:00-15:30 (early shift)
• Monday to Friday 15:30-00:00 (late shift)

Pay & Benefits:

• £12.77 p/h
• Full training given.

Start date & contract:

Positions starting ASAP

Full time, ongoing positions. Likely duration of 3-6 months.
