Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives for our Kirkby-based client on a temporary contract with the potential to convert to permanent after 12 weeks. You will work a 4 on 4 off pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 6-6), earning £15.14 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include operating large-scale machinery and extrusion lines, packing finished goods, and ensuring compliance with strict health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience is essential.
• Experience operating an extrusion line is preferred.
• All candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Heavy lifting up to 25 kg.
• Must be prepared to work in a dusty environment.
• Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-scale machinery to manufacture products.

• Work to order sheets.
• Pack products at end of production.
• Palletise finished products.
