Job Opportunity: Packing Production Operative

Do you want to earn a minimum of £11.90 per hour? We’re looking for a Packing Production Operative to join our team at our site in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, starting at 06:45 and finishing at 18:00 (4 out of 5 days)

About the role:

As a Production Operative, you’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment, which can be noisy and refrigerated in some areas. You will be involved in manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.

• Trussing chickens ready for film wrapping
• Grading the quality of chickens
• Removing dolavs for weighing and storage
• Supplying the line with raw materials

What you’ll need to be successful:

• A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• Relevant experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided
