Job Description:

Wild Recruitment is partnering with a nationally recognized company in East Milton Keynes. We are seeking experienced Production Operatives to join this busy, friendly environment. Your role will involve producing high-quality products and supporting the production process in a chilled environment, with PPE provided.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Assist in setting up the dough room, including rounders, conveyors, mats, tables, trays, and coolers.
  2. Notify management of any unclean or unsanitized contact surfaces.
  3. Follow all safety practices and wear appropriate safety equipment and uniform.
  4. Perform housekeeping duties in the Quality Control Centre as needed.
  5. Place dough balls into trays following company standards.
  6. Ensure trays are properly dated, stacked, and rotated at correct temperatures.
  7. Perform repetitive hand tasks, stand for long periods, and lift up to 60 pounds.
Experience required:
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.

Pay: £13.08 per hour

Working hours: 5 days out of 7, 14:30 - 23:00
