Location: Worcester (Blackpole)
Salary: £12.21
Hours: 07:45 – 16:30, Monday – Thursday and 07:30 – 13:30 on Friday
Contract Type: Full time - Temp to Perm

A manufacturing company based in Worcester is seeking a Production Operative / Assembly to join their expanding team on a temp to perm basis. As a Production Operative / Assembly, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assembling products by hand and with the use of hand tools.
2. Inspecting wax molds for defects and repairing as needed.
3. Applying coating to wax assemblies.
4. Moving through different parts of the production area as determined by business needs.

Requirements for the role include:

1. Previous experience as a Production Operative / Wax Cell Operator is essential.
2. Experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is essential.
3. Using tools is beneficial but not essential.
4. A committed and enthusiastic approach to work is essential.
5. Flexibility with shifts and willingness to work overtime when needed.
