Due to a site expansion at our Lichfield Head Office, wehave an opportunity for Machine Operatives to help us to create and run anew production teamfor Beetroot products atFlorette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF.
As a Machine Operative, you will be a technical specialist on plant and process in a set area of the team. You will set up and run machinery, plant and equipment ensuring all food safety and hygiene procedures are maintained. The successful candidate will perform rudimental asset care and remedial work on equipment as well as to train operatives and ensure quality at all stages, whilst participating in systemic and process improvement within a CI framework.
Working hours:4 days on, 4 days off. Hours based on business and production requirements.
Pay: £13.73 per hour
