Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a Production Operative to support the manufacturing and packaging of skincare products. The role is site-based, Monday to Friday, 06:00am–14:30pm, and involves batching, filling, capping, labelling, and quality checks to ensure products meet strict specifications.

The successful candidate will have attention to detail, be hands-on and a team player, with good English and Maths skills. The company offers a competitive salary of £26,250 per annum and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong English and Maths skills.
• Excellent focus and attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing all products are made to the highest quality standards and per product specification.
• Ensuring processes including weight, volume, labelling, and cartoning meet the highest standards and specifications.
• Operating various machines and production stations in line with procedures.
• Guaranteeing daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities.
• Maintaining GMP and high cleanliness standards at all times.
• Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Production Team here at Medik8! The purpose of the Production Operative role is to support the manufacturing and packaging of our award-winning skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a hands‑on and varied role, involving tasks such as batching, filling, capping, labelling, quality checking, and general production line support.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be hands‑on, methodical, a real team worker who enjoys a fast‑paced work day.

This role will be site‑based, Monday to Friday – 06:00am – 14:30pm.

For this opportunity, we are offering £26,250 per annum.
