Job summary

Medik8 is hiring for a Warehouse Operative to ensure B2B and D2C orders are processed accurately and on time. You will be involved in picking, packing, stock replenishment, inbounding goods and quality checks, with duties spanning production support and system integration.

The role is site-based, Monday to Friday, 14:30–23:00, offering up to £27,000 per annum plus overtime at 1.5x. We value accuracy, teamwork, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse environments, FMCG preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
  • Experience with quality control checks during picking/packing.
  • Punctual, friendly, and organised under pressure.
  • Good IT skills; COSHH experience desirable, not essential.
  • FLT licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process B2B and D2C orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist Production and Blending teams with picking finished products.
  • Support integration with new systems and customers.
  • Efficient picking and packing; complete related admin tasks.
  • Maintain low stock levels with reporting.
  • Uphold GMP and highest cleanliness standards.
  • Follow Health & Safety policies at all times.

Job description

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Warehouse Team here at Medik8!

The purpose of the Warehouse Operative role is to ensure B2B and D2C orders are always sent on time and at the highest standards. The role of the warehouse operative is varied and will include tasks such as order picking and packing, stock replenishment, inbounding goods, and production/blending material picking/quality checking.

Please note, this role will be site based, Monday to Friday - 14:30 - 23:00.

For this opportunity we are offering up to £27,000 per annum, with the potential for additional overtime paid at 1.5x per hour.

In more detail your role will include:
  • The smooth processing of all B2B and D2C orders, ensuring they reach the customer on time.
  • Supporting Production and Blending departments in picking our finished products prior to reaching consumers.
  • Supporting the integration with new systems and customers.
  • Being responsible for efficient picking and packing of stock and completing the administrative duties related to this.
  • Minimising stock outs through low level stock reporting.
  • Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained and adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
  • Have experience working within a warehouse environment and/or within an FMCG manufacturing warehouse environment.
  • Have strong attention to detail with efficient numerical skills.
  • Experience quality control checking standards of products being produced throughout picking/packing processes.
  • Are someone who is punctual and friendly.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • COSH Experience and MHE Knowledge, desirable not essential.
  • Are someone organised, articulate and methodical with the ability to work under pressure paying strict attention to detail at all times.
  • FLT Licence (desirable but not essential).
