Westlands is hiring a Production Operative to join our modern glasshouse team, ideal for candidates with experience in production, warehouse, agriculture or manufacturing.

You will perform crop sowing and harvesting, weigh and move trays, and operate machinery with full training provided. We welcome proactive, reliable team players who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Duties

• Weighing and transporting trays


• Operating machinery (full training provided)


• Using computer systems for harvesting and sowing (full training provided)


• Cleaning and maintaining machinery

Hours

Hours
Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm

Shift premium paid for hours worked after 5pm.
