Securitas UK is seeking a Production Operative to work in the factory, ensuring the production plan is achieved and dispatched in line with the Company Quality System.

You will follow policies, adhere to Food Safety Regulations, report issues to management, and maintain accurate documentation while prioritising health and safety for yourself and teammates. Immediate starts available.

Ability to work in a factory environment and follow safety procedures.
Good time management and teamwork skills.

The purpose and main responsibilities of this Production Operative role is to work in the operational sections of the factory as part of a team to ensure that the production plan is achieved and dispatched in line with the Company Quality System.

Key Production Operative duties & responsibilities:

Follow company policies, procedures and standards.
Adhere to Food Safety Regulations.
Inform the relevant management about to any problems in achieving the company production requirements to the company specifications.
To report and help the relevant management concerning quality issues.
Ensure that all company documentation and records are completed as required by the Company Quality System.
To be responsible for the health and safety of themselves and others involved in their working area.
