Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting a Production Operative for a client based in Winsford. The role involves assisting in production and assembly of candles, diffusers, chocolates and skincare items, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will measure, mix, pour, and prepare materials, operate production equipment, and keep accurate records while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the workspace. The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, with early starts.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow production procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, cosmetics or similar is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and assembly of products, including candles, reed diffusers, chocolates and skincare items.
• Measure, mix, pour and prepare materials in accordance with production specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Package and label finished skincare products and other goods ready for storage or dispatch.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report defects to supervisors.
• Support different production areas and undertake various tasks as required.
• Keep workstations clean, organised and compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment of raw materials and movement of finished goods.

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Production Operative for our client based in Winsford.

As a Production Operative your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Sunday
• 4 on 4 off
• Monday- Friday
• 06:00- 16:00

The rate of pay as a Production Operative is:

• £12.71 p/h

The duties and responsibilities of a Production Operative are:

• Assist in the production and assembly of products, including candles, reed diffusers, chocolates, and skincare items
• Measure, mix, pour, and prepare materials in accordance with production specifications and quality standards
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Package and label finished skincare products and other goods ready for storage or dispatch
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or defects to supervisors
• Support different production areas and undertake a variety of tasks as required
• Ensure workstations are kept clean, organised, and compliant with Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment of raw materials, and movement of finished goods within the production area.

The ideal candidate for a Production Operative would require:
