Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Weigh and prepare raw materials for manufacturing processes.
• Load and unload production machinery.
• Support blending, processing and packaging activities.
• Accurately complete production and quality records.
• Clean and sanitize machinery, production areas and equipment.
• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Follow Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures.
• Work in accordance with company processes and ISO quality standards.
• Support other production activities as required.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role within the manufacturing process, supporting production operations whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be involved in a variety of production activities, equipment operation, process monitoring and housekeeping duties.

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently

• Following all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures
