Job summary

Pertemps Banbury is seeking a Production Operative for a rural location near Chipping Norton. You will perform picking/packing, loading/unloading, wrapping and support overall production with a strong emphasis on housekeeping and safety.

The role requires fitness for a busy environment and some heavy lifting, with forklift license being desirable. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and transport is self-provided due to rural setting.

About the Role:

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include: Duties will include picking and packing, loading and unloading, wrapping, dealing with goods in/out together with general duties to support the production facility. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of organisation and tidiness, exceptionally good housekeeping is required in the warehouse at all times, especially when under pressure. This is a busy role, candidates should be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required.
