T&K Associates is recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a Production Operative on a Temporary ongoing basis, with a view to permanency. The role offers a 40-hour week with rotational days and afternoons, paid breaks, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and on-site parking.

You will prep, weigh, load ingredients, handle packing, maintain clean working conditions and use a counterbalance FLT where required.

Qualificações

• Production experience preferred.
• Counterbalance forklift licence preferred; training may be provided.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to complete paperwork and use basic computer systems.

Production Operative Job Details & Benefits

• £15.61 per hour including shift allowance
• 40 hour working week - Rotational shifts Days & Afternoons
• Days Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/Afternoons Monday to Thursday (phone number removed)pm & Friday 10am-6pm
• Paid breaks
• Overtime 1.5 paid after 40 hours & double time paid for Sunday working
• 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays (after 12 weeks)

Production Operative Person Specification

• Previous experience within a production environment is preferred
• A valid counterbalance licence is preferred although not essential as Company offer training if permanent
• The role involves some manual heavy lifting so you must be physically fit
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
