Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting an Experienced Production Operative for our client near Skegness. This is a full-time, ongoing seasonal role with day shifts and a fixed hourly rate, offering weekly pay and an opportunity for continued employment.

You will work in a busy manufacturing environment, packing, sorting and handling materials, while adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining productivity and quality.

Job description

Manpower is currently recruiting for an Experienced Production Operative to join one of our well-established clients based on the outskirts of Skegness. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work during a busy and exciting seasonal period, with the potential for continuous employment.

Location

PE24 (between Croft and Wainfleet)

• Own transport is essential due to limited access and no public transport links
• On-site parking available

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Day shifts only
• Hours: 8:00am - up to 7:00pm (latest finish)
• £12.83 per hour
• Weekly pay

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in supporting day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key duties will include:

• Working within a production/manufacturing setting
• Packing, sorting, and handling materials
• Lifting larger items when required
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials when required
• Comfortable being on your feet for full-length shifts

• Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods when needed
