Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited in Lincolnshire, Skegness, seeks Production Operatives for Burgh le Marsh site. Working from 6:00am to 6:00pm on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, you will inspect products, pack orders, and follow schedules to hit production goals.

Training is provided, with immediate start available. Ideal candidates bring attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and good communication to help improve processes and maintain a clean, efficient work area.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Burgh le Marsh, for Production Operatives.

Hours

6:00am - 6:00pm 4 on 4 off

Pay rate

£12.75 - £14.25ph

About the role
