Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a motivated Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site on the outskirts of Skegness. This is a permanent, ongoing role with a 3-day per week schedule and day shifts starting at 8:00am. The position requires own transport and offers on-site parking and opportunities for overtime.

You will pack, sort and prepare products for dispatch, handle materials, and support colleagues to hit daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Manpower are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business located near Skegness. This is an on-going role with a 3-day working week. Required days can change to accommodate the right candidate but will be between Monday and Friday.

Location: Outskirts of Skegness (PE24)

Salary: £12.83 per hour

Hours: Part-Time (3 days per week) | Day Shifts

Essential Requirements

• Own transport is required due to the location of the site

Working Hours

• Day shifts only, no weekends.
• Start time: 8:00am
• Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm)
• Full-time permanent hours
