Marshalls Civils and Drainage is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete drainage and bespoke products with manufacturing sites in Pollington and Mells. As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for a Production Operative, also known as an Operations Team Member, at Marshalls, with a background in Manufacturing Production Plant, to join our award-winning company at our Pollington site.
What’s the mission?
You will be responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment (including mechanical handling equipment such as FLTs) to manufacture concrete products to required specifications. You will contribute to the site’s safety, quality, waste reduction, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets. Initially, you will join the day shift (6 am - 2 pm, Monday to Friday). After training, you will transition to our 12-hour shift pattern.
