About The Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our Head Office site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidates will work from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a warehouse team within a designated department (including Assembly, Goods In, MSU E-Picks and Production) to see through the manufacturing of kitchen components, stock and units, picking and packing of stock and loading and dispatch of complete orders.
  • Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the department.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues as required by the Department Manager.
  • Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace.
  • Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role.
  • Work within a designated department in a position within the team as designated by the Manager / Supervisor.
  • Assist in the production and dispatch of fully assembled kitchen units and stock.
