About The Role

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm

• Location: Forza, Normanton - Site Based Role

• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you will assist in managing the product (Protein) flow through the line, quality sort and dress out defects, ensuring product specifications are met. You will ensure products are correctly packed and labelled to meet company and customer expectations and report any defects or poor quality to the Line Leader.

You will correctly pack finished goods safely, to specification standards, and in the correct orientation within each tray, then safely stack trays to the required height.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within manufacturing, pack house, produce, or protein background.

• Good practical skills, ability to work quickly and methodically, and to follow instructions within a team environment.

• A ‘Can do’ attitude, proactive approach, understanding of health and safety policies, and basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
