Job summary

E3 Recruitment are supporting a market-leading product manufacturer in Nostell, Wakefield, recruiting Production Operatives to support increased capacity. The role offers day shifts, training and progression within the company.

You will operate an automated production line, monitor machinery, perform quality tests and adjustments, and work with SCADA and PLC systems to maintain high QA standards. The package includes a competitive salary circa £32,000, overtime premiums, 33 days holiday pro

Qualifications

• Work on automated production line to manufacture products and meet QA standards.
• Monitor machinery and report issues.
• Make manufacturing adjustments following 5S principles.
• Quality testing of batches and report issues.
• Work with SCADA and PLC in a state of the art facility.

Responsibilities

• The production of high-quality products operating production machinery.
• The manual packing and movement of heavy products.
• Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental management.
• Operations of a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team.
• Full UK Driving Licence needed due to location of site.

E3 Recruitment are supporting a Market Leading Product Manufacturer to recruit Production Operatives for a client in the Nostell area.Our client have increased their manufacturing capacity, and due to this have brand new shift opportunities available.As a market leader in their field, they are looking for operatives who will be an asset to their team, be an effective and proactive team member and work towards company expectations and targets.In return, the company will offer industry leading training and progression within the company.

• A highly competitive salary of circa £32,000 - Hourly Rate of £15 increasing after 11 weeks
• OT Paid at a Premium (1.5x and 2x)

Requirements as a Production Operative;

• Work on an automated Production line to ensure the manufacture of products and meets established QA Expectations
• Monitoring machinery and reporting issues
• Make manufacturing adjustments and working to 5s principles
• Quality testing of certain batches, reporting any issues that may arise
• Working with SCADA and PLC machines in a state of the art facility
