Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operative in Goole. You will work in a large open-plan warehouse with a friendly environment, on rotating shifts Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

The role involves unloading materials, preparing and labeling packaging for production batches, and assisting with blending and moving finished goods. A driving requirement is noted due to site location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team and follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare containers and packaging for each production batch; label and box end products.
• Assist in blending of solutions or powders according to production schedule, including labeling, bottling and transferring to outer cartons.
• Maintain clean and tidy production and storage areas as directed.

£12.71 per hour (weekly pay)

Working hours

Rotational shifts, Monday - Friday. Overtime available

Goole DN14 7UF (Must be able to drive due to company location)

The role involves but is not limited to;

1. Assisting in the unloading of raw materials and packaging from delivery vehicles to storage areas and from there to production areas.
2. To prepare containers and packaging for each production batch; labelling and boxing end products.
3. To work within the production team (as directed by Production Supervisor) with preparation and blending of solutions or powder batches according to production schedule, including:
   • a) labelling and bottling finished batches
   • b) transferring bottles/tubs to outer cartons and boxes.
   • c) Moving finished products to appropriate storage area using pallet trucks for forklift trucks
4. To maintain clean and tidy production and storage areas as directed by the Supervisor.
