E3 Recruitment has partnered with a market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Production Operative in Widnes. Working Monday to Friday, 8-4, you will join a small team helping to produce high-quality products while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role offers a permanent contract after a successful probation, a competitive £33,000 salary, and opportunities for training and development. KPI-driven bonus and enhanced overtime after 48 hours are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production factory environment.
• Willing and able to work as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to manufacture high-quality products.
• Manually pack and move heavy products as required.
• Perform inspections, tests and assessments to ensure quality control and remove sub-standard product.
• Carry out minor maintenance and clean down of equipment; uphold 5S housekeeping.

We are working with a market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Production Operative working Monday to Friday, 8- 4, with a salary of £33,000 at their Widnes facility.

The ideal candidate will be willing and able to work as part of a small team, have good communication skills and a keen work ethic, with experience of a production factory environment, working towards company expectations and targets. Roles and responsibilities of a Production Operative;

• The production of high-quality products operating production machinery
• The manual packing and movement of heavy products
• Observations, tests and assessments of product to ensure quality control compliance, in-line removal and replacement of sub-standard product
• Minor maintenance of plant and equipment, clean down of equipment at the end of production
• Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S housekeeping and environmental management

Requirements as a Production Operative;

• Worked on an automated Production line
• Monitoring machinery and reporting issues
• Heavy industry experience is preferable
• A current FLT License would be desirable
