A leading manufacturing recruitment agency is seeking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in Gateshead. You will operate production machinery and handle the manual packing of products. The role includes full training and offers a pay rate of £12.21 per hour with overtime. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM, with early finishes on Fridays. This position promises ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities and requires some experience in a production environment.

Base pay range

Pay rate of £12.21 per hour, with overtime paid at premium 1.5× and 2×.

E3 Recruitment is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join a well‑established leading manufacturing business at its facility in the Birtley area of Chester‑le‑Street. In this role you will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery and the manual packing of products. Full training is provided for operating machinery specific to this role.

What's in it for you as a Production Operative?

• Pay rate of £12.21ph with overtime paid a premium
• Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 6 AM ‑ 2 PM (early finish Friday at 1 PM)
• 39 hours a week
• Overtime paid at a premium of 1.5x and 2x
• Location: Birtley
• Full training and development, including FLT license
• On‑going temp‑to‑perm opportunity with a well‑established PLC manufacturer
