Wernick Group Limited is seeking a Production Operative to join its Kenfig-based team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, building and preparing modular units to high standards. The role offers full training and overtime opportunities, with a 39-hour week (6.15am–4.30pm Monday to Thursday).

You will be involved in housekeeping, handling materials like lightweight steel and timber, and supporting production activities under supervision to help meet targets.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Kenfig. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key part in building and preparing our modular units to the highest standards.

Whether you’re experienced or looking to develop new skills, full training and support will be provided.

Working Hours

39 hours per week – 6.15am to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday
