Boughey Distribution is seeking a reliable Production Operative to support packing and assembly for a range of clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring products are packaged to customer specifications with a focus on quality and accuracy.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety procedures, and consistent performance. Weekly pay is offered, with 4-on-4-off days and shift hours from 6am to 6pm, plus progression and training opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate packing and assembly equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Prepare, label and package products according to customer specs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Report issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
• Support changeovers between product runs, including cleaning and setup.
• Collaborate with team members to keep production flowing smoothly.

Day to Day

• Operating packing and assembly equipment to meet daily production targets
