Job summary

Proman is hiring Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in the Sharston area. You will join a team producing small plastic moulded products, with full training provided and clear opportunities for progression.

The role includes operating machinery after training, packing products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work area while aiming to meet production targets. All breaks are paid, with shifts including nights.

• Night shift rate increases to £16.06 per hour after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Sharston area. Our client specialises in the production of small plastic moulded products and is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery (once fully trained)
• Packing small plastic products as they are produced
• Conducting quality inspections and identifying any defects
